Refunds

Over at jokes Remedy, we don't joke about the quality of our product. That's why all sales are final. But here is the remedy to that, we have top-notch quality, and each order is made specifically to cater to the customer. Please make sure you check your size and color before placing your order. Once your order is placed a confirmation email will be sent to confirm your purchase.

Refusal of Service

Please be advised we do have the right to refuse service. If the system marks your order as fraud, your order will be cancelled and refunded. Once your order is cancelled, you will receive an email detailing why. Once your order is cancelled, please contact your card issuer, regarding your money reflecting back in your account.

Shipping

Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to process. Once your order has been processed it will be shipped. You will be issued a tracking number. Our goal is to ship orders out as soon as possible. Please use your tracking number to stay updated with the delivery of your order. Please make sure you put the correct shipping address in on the delivery screen, because once the order is complete, we cannot go back in and edit any information. If your order arrives and delivery is failed, please contact your area post office for details on retrieving your package. We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address. We are not responsible for stolen packages.
